During the recent period, the team of the Anti -Dumping and Support Authority at the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, in coordination with the European Commission, succeeded in reducing European dumping fees on the Egyptian steel, after attempts to cancel these fees imposed by the European Union earlier in the year.
The European Commission announced the reduction of dumping fees on hot and hot steel imports from Egypt to a final rate of 11.7% for a period of five years, a decrease from the temporary rate of 12.8%.
