The adviser to the Attorney General of East Tanta Prosecutors, the College of Tanta, moved today, Friday, to the site of the explosion and collapse accident in the clothing factory in the city of Mahalla, which killed 12 people and 33 others were injured by separate injuries.

The Attorney General was accompanied by a delegation of members of the Public Prosecution to inspect the scene of the accident, as his tour began to inspect the perimeter of the collapsed factory, and reviewed the case of the neighboring buildings that were affected as a result of the intensity of the explosion.
The inspection also included the background of the factory, where the civil protection forces, in cooperation with the rescue teams, are still continuing the work of raising the rubble to search for the missing, headed by the body of a police martyr from the civil protection men who were martyred while participating in extinguishing the fire and saving the workers.
Security sources confirmed that the Public Prosecution ordered the delegation of a technical committee to inspect the explosive kettle and explain the reasons for its explosion, and also decided to summon the factory officials to hear their statements in the ongoing investigations.
The prosecution continues to investigate the incident to determine all the details and circumstances, while stressing the speedy identification of criminal and administrative responsibilities and holding accountable those causing the disaster that rocked the city of Mahalla and introduced dozens of families in a state of mourning and great sadness.
