A new study revealed that heart disease is one of the main causes of death in most countries of the world, and according to the Times Now News website, the study found that eating leafy vegetables and foods such as bananas may reduce the risk of heart disease by up to a quarter.

The study added that food -rich foods such as salmon, broccoli and spinach help the body get rid of salt and reduce the possibility of heart -related diseases by 24%.
The study, whose results were published at the European Society for Heart Diseases in Madrid, also continued that the researchers tested 1,200 patients with chronic heart conditions, and 600 of them were directed to follow a diet rich in potassium and low in meat, and it is reported that a previous study that confirmed that there were foods that should be avoided to improve heart health, white bread, fried chicken, fried potatoes, soft drinks, red meat, and vegetable ghee.
The study stated that cardiovascular diseases are one of the main causes of death in most countries of the world, but adherence to a healthy diet is one of the most important effectiveness to avoid this.
