The Strategic Guidance Committee for the Emirates for the Institutional Science Research Program made a field visit to the University of Michigan Technological University, within the framework of the midterm evaluation of the project that has the fifth session grant entitled “Laboratory and Model Studies to determine the capacity of clouds for vaccination.” This innovative project led by Professor Will Countil, Assistant Dean for Higher Education and Dean of the College of Graduate Studies at Michigan Technology University, aims to determine the characteristics and cloud conditions that allow the vaccination vaccination or electrical adjustment to make changes in the infrastructure of the clouds in a way that contributes to enhancing rainfall.
