The Municipality and Planning Department -Ajman received a delegation from the Municipality of Ras Al -Khaimah, to see the best leading experiences and innovative practices followed by the department in managing rental contracts and developing the mechanisms of dismissing disputes related to it, as well as identifying the legislative and regulatory frameworks applied in the emirate to support the development of internal policies and procedures for both parties.
