The Cairo website 24 a little while ago monitored the re -residency of the free treatment of the Ministry of Health and Population installed on the medical center of Dr. Joudeh Awad and the laboratory attached to it, only 24 hours after the ministry re -closed and tired the center for the second time, due to its violation of the requirements of licenses and not obtaining the necessary license to practice the activity.
The Ministry of Health closed the medical center and the analysis laboratory during the past hours through the Free Treatment Department, in implementation of previous decisions, after the grave violations related to the absence of legal licenses, as well as the issuance of a decision by the Medical Syndicate last April to stop the doctor, Awad’s quality, from practicing the profession for a full year.

The resolution of free treatment is contrary to the law, an indication of trying to reopen the center and receive patients again, in violation of the decisions of the Ministry of Health and the Medical Syndicate.
In an official statement issued yesterday, the Ministry of Health and Population announced the re -closing of the center and the laboratory for it, because they violated the health requirements and licenses, and that the doctor reopened the center despite the decision to stop it from the Medical Syndicate, for violating the provisions of the List of Etiquette of the Profession issued by the Minister of Health Resolution No. 238 of 2003.
The ministry stated that the center was closed on April 19 after the seizure of large quantities of unknown medications and medical preparations, as well as expired medicines and chemicals inside the factory. It was also found that the doctor used his name to promote medicines, drugs and treatment means through social media platforms, in violation of Law No. 206 of 2017 regulating the announcement of health products and services, in addition to violating Law No. 51 of 1981 and its amendments by Law No. 153 of 2004 regulating private medical facilities.
The Ministry of Health confirmed that these measures come in implementation of the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, to intensify control over private medical facilities and unlicensed clinics, in order to preserve the health and safety of citizens.
