The Ministry of Social Development announced the approval of the unusual general assembly decision of the addiction recovery association regarding the establishment of a women’s branch of the association in the Zanj region in the Capital Governorate.
This decision comes in implementation of the provisions of Article (53) of the typical regulations of the articles of associations and social and cultural clubs issued by the Minister of Social Development Resolution No. (4) of 2007, which allows the decisions of the extraordinary general assembly related to expansion or organizational amendment.
The new branch has been registered in the record of associations and social and cultural clubs approved by the ministry.
The establishment of the women’s branch is an important step that reflects the association’s interest in expanding its services to include women, and enhancing its role in supporting recovery from addiction and providing specialized care in various regions of the Kingdom
