It is not surprising that the bridges of cooperation between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia extend, as they are two sisters in everything: history, vision, and future. However, what we witnessed recently the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Bahraini Labor Fund and the Bahraini “Takamal Holding” company, represents a qualitative shift in the form of this cooperation; As it is no longer the exchange of shared visits or intentions, but rather an actual transfer of leading experiences that arose from the womb of the Gulf .. and from us and in us.
“Integration” did not come from afar. It did not carry canned recipes from Western consulting offices, but rather came with a real and successful experience from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, an experience that was able to reshape the Saudi labor market, and an tangible impact on employment, skills development, and empowerment of competencies. Today, this experience is transferred to Bahrain, not as a duplicate, but rather a model that can be adapted locally … and here lies strength.
To cooperate with our Saudi brothers to benefit from these models is something that makes us happy as Bahraini citizens, not because he is external support, but because it is self -support .. Gulf .. honest. Saudi experiences, which are now classified as regional references in digital transformation, are in our hands, and we put them in the service of the Bahraini citizen.
This memorandum not only transmits programs, but also transmits a new spirit of joint work, based on trust, mutual knowledge, and considering “Tamkeen” and “integration” partners in building a more mature and efficient Gulf market.
At a time when countries are racing to import experiences, today we – praise God – are importing ourselves, we extend our hands to what is around us, and we realize that the experience that resembles you, understands you more … and serves you better.
All the best of this qualitative cooperation, and for everyone who is certain that the major solutions are from the inside.
