St. Pavly stressed that participation in the electoral process is a national duty that reflects the spirit of belonging and keenness on the future of the country, stressing that the Coptic Orthodox Church always encourages its children to perform their national role positively and responsibly.

St. Pavly added in press statements on the sidelines of his vote, that Egypt faces external challenges and great pressures, and this requires all its sons to stand one row to support the state and its institutions through effective participation in the constitutional benefits.

St. Pavly stressed that the church does not interfere in politics or the voters ’tendency to choose a specific candidate, but it encourages everyone to exercise their constitutional right in full, and choose those who see them more appropriate according to their personal conscience and the interest of the country.

He concluded his speech by saying: “We perform our national duty with love and peace, and we stand with our country in all circumstances. Egypt needs to join all its sons to cross this delicate stage of its history.”

The Senate elections 2025 in Alexandria Governorate are witnessing a turnout from various groups, amid a tight organization from the relevant authorities to facilitate the voting process and ensure the integrity of the elections.
