Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al -Yahya said that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation will hold an emergency meeting on August 25, and an Arab conference will be held in Cairo next September 7, to discuss the breasts in the Gaza Strip.
Al -Yahya confirmed in statements to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al -Qabas that Kuwait continues to move in the Gulf and internationally about the tragic conditions in Gaza, and to reduce the catastrophe that suffers from its people.
Arab efforts to deliver aid to Gaza
He stressed the continuous coordination with Egypt and Jordan to deliver Kuwaiti aid to the Gaza Strip from all directions by land, sea and air.
He continued: Kuwaiti aid has already begun to enter the Gaza Strip to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinians who are exposed to a systematic war of extermination and a systematic starvation and live in the largest tragedy in history.
He stressed that Kuwait’s standing with the Palestinian right is a matter of a firm principle, following: We have asked and still demand the international community to alleviate the exceptional and tragic circumstances that the Palestinian territories are going through, specifically the Gaza Strip, which is exposed to unprecedented Israeli military aggression, left tens of thousands of martyrs, the majority of whom are women and children, and a widespread destruction that affected the infrastructure, hospitals, schools, water facilities, and even shelters.
