US President Donald Trump has made his criticism of Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, calling for an immediate reduction in interest rates, threatening to take legal measures against him against the background of what he described as “mismanagement” of the Federal Reserve.

Trump said in statements on his social networking site “Truth Social” that the Federal Reserve Chairman must now reduce interest, noting that Powell’s delay in decision -making caused countless losses to the American economy, he said.
Trump added that he is considering allowing a major lawsuit against Powell, including an investigation into the management of the Federal Reserve, amid criticism from members of Congress on transparency and control.

Trump threatened that the council should intervene and take over if Powell continues to reject this trend.
