The Official Gazette published the Ministry of Transport Decision No. 393 of 2025 regarding the expropriation of a number of lands and real estate in Dakahlia Governorate, as part of the plan to implement the project to develop the Mansoura -Gamasa Road within the scope of Dakahlia and Damietta governorates.
The first article of the decision stipulated that the ownership of lands and real estate indicated in detail with the attached lists received from the Dakahlia Survey Directorate for the outskirts of Talkha – Orman Talkha – Mitt Antar – Al -Manil – Al -Rawda – Mit Zanq – Kafr Damalash – Abu Madi within the Dakahlia Governorate, which could not be signed by owners or stakeholders on the forms for transferring their ownership to the public benefit In implementation of the Prime Minister’s Resolution No. 3877 of 2022, considering the project of establishing 4 bridges Al -Rawda – Damira – Ammar – Gamasa intersection, and 2 gates for security control and the collection of graphics, Sherikash – Zian within the project of developing Mansoura Road – Gamasa Rafid Gamasa within the Dakahlia and Damietta governorates of public benefit.
