Today, Wednesday, a comprehensive medical convoy will start in the village of Delmo, which is affiliated with the Ashmoun Center in Menoufia Governorate, which is organized by the Health Affairs Directorate for two days, within the initiative of the Ministry of Health and Population to provide free integrated medical services to citizens.
Free medical convoy in Menoufia
The convoy includes all medical specialties, including internal, children, women and obstetrics, bones, dermatology, teeth, nose, ear, surgery, and family planning, in order to ensure services reach the largest number of citizens.
The convoy also includes a pharmacy to disperse medicines for free, as well as conducting various medical tests and examinations, and organizing seminars for health education to raise societal awareness.
The Directorate of Health Affairs in Menoufia confirmed that the convoy comes within the framework of the Ministry of Health’s plan to spread free medical services in the most needy villages and regions, in implementation of the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, and Major General Ibrahim Abu Laimon, Governor of Menoufia, noting that the caravans are continuing to cover all the governorate centers during the coming period.
