During the meeting, His Majesty the King welcomed the leader of the US Central Command and his accompanying delegation, and His Majesty congratulated him on the occasion of assuming the duties of his new position, wishing him all the best to enhance the Bahraini -American cooperation in the defensive and security side and serve security and peace issues in the region.
His Majesty emphasized the depth and durability of strong strategic relations and the close historical partnership that has been between the two countries for decades, and is based on trust, respect and joint coordination, praising His Majesty the continuous progress witnessed by bilateral cooperation in various fields such as two friends and allies in order to achieve all common goals and aspirations.
