Dr. Mohamed Salah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Menoufia Governorate, revealed the details of the decision to consider some students of the preparatory certificate successful in science in the second floor, despite not attending the exam, because of their lack of knowledge of its date, in accordance with the provisions of the law, with the referral of those who are negligent in informing the students for investigation.

Mohamed Salah, Undersecretary of Cairo 24, explained that the decision applies to the students of the first day of the second round exams, as the students were informed of the appointment and a mistake occurred in confirming some students, and therefore the matter was referred to the investigation, indicating that at the previous time the students were informed of the appointment through official letters.

He stressed that Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, the governor of Menoufia, directed to take the necessary legal measures to preserve the interest of students and hold those responsible for the failure.
Salah pointed out that the exams for the second round of the preparatory certificate in the governorate were launched on Saturday, August 2, 2025, within 114 committees at the level of educational departments, and ended on August 7, with the participation of 445 observers, observers and administratively, in addition to 114 chairmans of the committee, pointing out that the total number of students enrolled in the exams reached 23 thousand and 162 students.
