The Shubra Al -Khaimah Criminal Court, the second district, sentenced to 5 years in prison for both brothers, and fined each of them 2000 pounds, after being convicted of reviewing force and violence, possession of firearms and ammunition without a license, and causing citizens to be injured in the Department of the First Department of Shubra Al -Khaimah in Qaliubiya Governorate.
The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Ayman Afifi Salem, membership of Advisors Abdul Aziz Ali Mahmoud, Sherine Salah Hamdi, Mahmoud Abu Al Yazid Jaballah, and the secretariat of Hani Khattab.
The Public Prosecution referred the accused “Ahmed M.A.” and “Adel M.A.”, residing in Makkah Al -Mukarramah Street in the city of Bin Al -Hakam, Shubra Al -Khaimah, the first, to the criminal trial in felony No. 4497 of 2025, the first section of Shubra Al -Khaimah, and is bound by 642 for the year 2025 Kully south of Benha, to accuse them of being on March 10, 2015, in the Department of the First Department of Shubra Al -Khaim Non -shattered fire (two cartridges) and ammunition without a license.
It was stated in the referral order that the defendants reviewed the force and waved violence in the face of the victim, Ziad Ayman Fathi Muhammad Jumaa, and Omar Hamada Abdel Razek Muhammad, with the intention of intimidating them and imposing control over them, causing horror in their souls and the disturbance of their security, using the two weapons and ammunition in question.
Investigations also demonstrated that the defendants intentionally assaulted, premeditated to the victim, Abdel -Hadi Nashat Ahmed Hassan, and Shehab Muhammad Mahmoud Abdullah, by firing gunshots that hit them and caused injuries that were received by the two attached medical reports, and they were unable to do their personal work for a period not exceeding 20 days.
He concluded the referral order by emphasizing that the defendants fired bullets inside the city, in a documented incident in the prosecution’s lectures and investigations.
