The Prime Minister’s Office announced the end of the registration period to join the eleventh batch of the Prime Minister’s Program Program for the Development of Government Cadres, which comes as a translation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, may God protect him, by investing in national cadres, and continuing to enhance their active role in the process of building and development, by continuing to develop their skills and enhancing their capabilities, in a way that contributes to developing government work, and supporting the progress and development of the Kingdom Bahrain.
Registration was opened to join the eleventh batch of the Prime Minister for the Development of Government Cadres on Thursday, July 10, 2025 until Sunday, August 10, where it was received widely from various employees in government agencies. Registration requests for evaluation will be subject to the stage of personal interviews and the aptitude test phase in preparation for the final selection of employees of the eleventh batch of the program.
The Prime Minister for the Development of Government Cadres is one of the most prominent initiatives aimed at enhancing the expertise and skills of national cadres working in the government sector, by providing them with the latest methods of research and analysis, and enabling them to lead and leadership skills through intensive courses offered by an elite group of experts, and the program also provides the participants an opportunity to identify decision -making mechanisms and participate in implementing government programs and strategies.
