Residents of the Mahmoudiyah neighborhood and the cooperative area in Aswan Governorate complained of the repeated water interruption, in light of the high temperatures in the governorates of the face of tribal and Aswan and their reaching about 50 degrees, in addition to its weakness in the higher roles, which led to the annoyance of a large number of people.

The residents went to the complainant to the head of the drinking water and sanitation company in Soun, Eng. Amer Abu Halawa, and the head of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sewerage, Eng. Mahmoud Raslan, to accelerate the solution to the crisis, as they appealed to Major General Dr. Ismail Kamal, the governor of Aswan, to find out the latest developments to complete the crisis completelyNoting that the majority of families have children and that their suffering is increasing day by day, due to the interruption of water and its weakness upon its return, as it sometimes comes at late at night.
One of the residents of the cooperative area said: They are unable to shower, wash clothes, and ablution for prayer, but the water comes at late times and its pressure is very weak, especially for the residents of the upper roles.
It is worth noting that the executive bodies in Aswan Governorate worked remarkably during the recent period to lift the garbage from the streets, lighting the streets and dark roads in the Mahmoudiyah region and its streets, in addition to the speed of the province’s response to many complaints, and the deputy governor went to the region to follow up the implementation, but the water crisis remains without a radical solution.
