The General Secretariat of the House of Representatives, within its training plan for the year 2025 AD, organized to raise the efficiency of the loaned and delegated in the offices of the members of the House of Representatives, the technical workshop “skills to use artificial intelligence programs” that he presented from the Information Technology Department of the General Secretariat of the House of Representatives, Mr. Farouk Abdulaziz, head of the Information Systems and Applications Department, yesterday, Wednesday, August 27, in the runway hall.
The workshop included an introduction to artificial intelligence and its types, the most famous tools of artificial intelligence that can benefit from the offices of deputies, ways to use artificial intelligence in administrative and legislative tasks, the workshop also touched on information security and ethics of artificial intelligence, and included practical exercises and realistic applications using artificial intelligence.
The workshop aims to raise the efficiency of job performance among delegated and loaned people and reduce the time taken to complete routine tasks, improve the quality of reports and official correspondence, enhance decisions based on comprehensive data, automating some administrative processes, and developing performance in a way that keeps pace with digital development by preparing a job staff involved in a smart digital work environment, and can benefit from modern technologies in the service of deputies Parliamentary action.
This workshop comes within a group of various workshops and development programs offered by the General Secretariat of the House of Representatives, and aims to develop the affiliated and delegated cadres working in the offices of deputies, to improve performance and efficiency and expand their information and knowledge base, which is reflected in raising their level of experience in line with the nature of the legislative and supervisory parliamentary work in the House of Representatives.
