The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and the Housing Bank will organize the mobile branch initiative for housing financing, during the period from Tuesday, September 3, 2025 to Sunday, September 7, 2025, from ten in the morning until ten in the evening at the City Center Complex at the entrance to the portal No. (1), with the aim of introducing housing funds and providing consultations to citizens who want to benefit from this service.
In this regard, Mr. Haitham Mohamed Kamal, Director of Communication Department at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, stressed that the initiative comes within the Ministry’s efforts in coordination with the Housing Bank, to continue to introduce citizens to housing financing as one of the immediate services that enable them to choose housing and financing that is more appropriate to their needs.
He continued that the fourth edition of the mobile branch initiative for housing financing comes as an extension of the success achieved by the previous three versions, in light of the positive turnout and interaction of citizens, because of the direct communication provided by the branch with citizens to provide financing consultations to citizens and answer all questions and inquiries related to the provisions and standards of housing financing and directly and immediately, indicating that the ministry continues to define citizens With housing services, promoting awareness of immediate housing financing services, where a number of copies of housing financing exhibitions were organized in a number of commercial complexes during the last period, along with a conference and exhibition of innovation in the social housing sector, in addition to continuous identification lectures in ministries, bodies, companies and events that are held in cooperation with members of the House of Representatives.
The Director of Communication Department at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning indicated that the ministry aims, through these programs and initiatives, to continue to enhance direct communication with citizens by various means, in a way that contributes to introducing housing services and enhances the benefit of housing financing programs.
In the same context, Mr. Khaled Ahmed Al -Khaja, Senior Director of Marketing and Institutional Communications at the Housing Bank, affirmed that the initiative aims to continue to introduce citizens to financing facilities and provide consultations, and appropriate solutions that enable the citizen to choose the type of financing through the digital home calculator, adding that the bank will display social housing projects that are implemented through the government land development rights program to serve citizens who benefit from financing programs.
Al -Khaja explained that the “Betty” real estate platform will be available to citizens with all its electronic services, which will display about 13 thousand properties compatible with “Facilitation +” and “Facilitation” programs of all kinds and the created category from the “Mazaya” program, which includes units, vouchers, and apartments distributed in all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the digital platform also provides the flexibility of seeing the details of real estate provided by companies with visual display technologies Advanced.
