The Minister of Interior, Lieutenant General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, praised the distinguished social, educational and athletic role played by the Police Officers Club in a way that meets the aspirations of the members, and contributes to developing the capabilities of children and preparing a conscious generation capable of facing the challenges of the future. This came during the minister’s meeting, the club’s cadres based on organizing activities included in the summer program for members of the members, which included 1207 children in the age group from 5 to 14 years. The minister expressed his thanks to the management of the Police Officers Club and the cooperating authorities for their sincere and continuous efforts to perform this social role, praising their dedication to the performance of their duty, and wishing everyone success in serving the country.
The Police Officers Club had held the summer program for members of the members in the period from the beginning of June to the end of August 2025, and included a set of sports, cultural and recreational activities and events, in addition to qualitative programs, aimed at investing leisure time among the participants in useful activities and enhancing physical, intellectual and social capabilities as well as the original national values of the participants, as well as providing a safe and healthy environment, allowing learning and entertainment. The summer program for members of the members achieved a clear success in achieving its goals by providing an integrated educational and entertainment environment, which contributed to investing the time of children in a fruitful manner, while strengthening national values and consolidating national affiliation.
