Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Trade, met Bakhtiar Saeedov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and his accompanying delegation, as part of his official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, where the Minister welcomed the friendly foreign minister of Uzbekistan, and affirmed keenness to enhance the aspects of joint cooperation between the two friendly countries.
During the meeting, the bilateral relations that link the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Uzbekistan were reviewed, and ways to enhance the mechanisms of cooperation between them in all fields, especially the related commercial and industrial fields, in light of the presence of joint investment opportunities in promising sectors, in addition to discussing issues subject to common concern, while emphasizing the importance of exchanging visits to enhance the frameworks of joint coordination in various issues in order to achieve the aspirations of the two countries and their common interests.
For his part, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan praised the path of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, which is witnessing a remarkable development, stressing the aspiration of the Republic of Uzbekistan for more cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain in a way that benefits the good and beneficial to the two countries and the two friendly peoples, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain the continued progress and prosperity.
