Sheikh Muhammad Kamal, Secretary of the Fatwa at the Ifta House, explained that the merchant may amend the price of selling the goods in line with the accepted market price, provided that it is not exaggerated or exploited, in response to a question from Muhammad from Menoufia about the ruling on raising the prices of commodities purchased in bulk if the price increases in the market.

Kamal stressed, in televised statements, today, Wednesday, that the justified sale is the sale without fraud, fraud, or exaggeration in raising prices, pointing out that if the merchant sold at the old price, he may not be able to buy new goods after the high prices, but in return it is not permissible to raise the price to multiplication that causes “obscene injustice”.
He pointed out that in the event of a specific price from the supervisory authorities, it must be adhered to, but if it does not exist, it is permissible to sell at the market price, taking into account justice and not exploiting the need of people.
Amin Al -Fatwa warned of the monopoly, stressing that the Prophet ﷺ said: “The monopolist is cursed,” explaining that monopoly means imprisonment of goods from trading intentionally, waiting for the high prices, which is forbidden by Sharia and describes its perpetrators of the pharmacist of God, while the brown that provides the commodity for people is providing and expanding God.
Earlier, Sheikh Muhammad Kamal, Secretary of the Fatwa at the Ifta House, stressed that death is not annihilation but rather a transition from one stage to another, indicating that the life of a person passes through three stages: in the womb of the mother, then the world, then the other world, and each stage has its laws that only God realizes.
Sheikh Muhammad Kamal explained that the dead person feels a visitor and domesticates him, citing the hadith of the Prophet ﷺ in which he ordered the delivery of peace upon entering the graves, indicating that the deceased responds to peace, but the living do not hear him because of the different laws between the two worlds.
