The Kafr El -Sheikh Criminal Court ruled the second circle, in attendance, in life imprisonment and fined the driver of Tok Tok and Sanaaimi Ceramic, an amount of 500 thousand pounds, to be convicted of trafficking in narcotic drugs and the resistance of the authorities, while confiscating the seizures, and obliging them to criminal expenses.
The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Sherif Mohamed Koura, membership of Advisors Muhammad Mustafa Salim, Muhammad Azmi Abu Zaid, and the secretariat of Muhammad Abdel -Wahab Abu Talib, in case No. 2526 of 2025 crimes of the first department of Kafr El -Sheikh Police, and restricted by 1687 of 2025 Kafr Kafr El -Sheikh.
The events of the incident are due to a referral decision issued by Counselor Mounir Saleh, Attorney General of Kafr El -Sheikh College, against both Fawzi A.A., 40 years old, Tuk Tuk driver, and Mahmoud MA, 29 years old, ceramic industrialists, from the Sakha neighborhood, after they were seized and possessed quantities of the essence of methamphetamine, heroin and hashish, in addition to firearms and munitions other than Licensed.
Investigations revealed that the first defendant tried to resist the police during the arrest process, as a cartridge rifle and fired two bullets in the air, directing insults and threats in an attempt to prevent the arrest from being carried out, but the security forces managed to control and seize it.
