His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, received a written message from His Excellency President Ilham Aliyev, President of the sisterly Republic of Azerbaijan, related to the documentary cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries.
The letter was received by Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, upon receiving at the Ministry’s headquarters today, Mr. Shaheen Abdel -Lev, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Bahrain and residing in Riyadh.
During the meeting, the friendship and bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Azerbaijan were discussed, and aspects of strengthening joint coordination in various fields to serve the common interests of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, in addition to discussing a number of issues and issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by Mrs. Munira Nofal Al -Dossary, Head of the Asian and Pacific Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
