Then, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy His Majesty the Crown Prince, may God protect him, directed an introductory day in all government schools for parents in which he provides members of educational and administrative bodies in government schools an explanation of the new academic year, and His Highness instructed the Ministry of Education to take all preparations that ensure the provision of an educational environment that encourages students in government schools to excel and excellence. After that, the Council praised the success achieved by the event of the 2030 Youth City in its fourteenth edition, and the wide participation and positive interaction from Bahraini youth, pointing to the contributions of the initiatives adopted by His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Acts and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, in enhancing the spirit of innovation and excellence among the youth of Bahrain, expressing his thanks and appreciation to those who organize the city of 2030 They made him of efforts in providing an integrated environment that contributes to developing youth skills and refining their capabilities. In this regard, the Council was briefed on the report submitted by His Excellency the Minister of Youth Affairs. Then the Council affirmed that the opening of the new building of the Abdullah bin Khaled College for Islamic Studies will support the role of this scientific edifice in preparing intellectual competencies that are able to enhance the Arab and Islamic identity, and to enhance the consolidation of the values of citizenship and belonging, according to the principles and values of Islamic Sharia, wishing those responsible for success and achieving the desired goals. After that, the Council expressed its condolences to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as president, government, people, and the families of the victims of floods, torrents and earthquakes caused by heavy rains in northern Pakistan, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured. After that, the Council approved the following notes: 1. The memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Information and Communications Technology on procedures related to the design of the websites of government agencies. 2. The Memorandum of His Excellency the Minister of the Interior regarding the classification of a number of entities and individuals as terrorist bodies. 3. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs on the proposal amending the text of the first and second articles of the agreement to establish the Arab Investment and Agricultural Development Authority. 4. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture and the Gulf Accreditation Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding controlling halal products. 5. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs on a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Education and the British Council. 6. The Memorandum of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture on the acquisition of two properties for the public benefit to provide the necessary areas for urban development. 7. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs regarding the government’s response to a proposal for a law and a number of proposals with a desire submitted by the House of Representatives. Then the Council reviewed the following notes: 1. A memorandum of His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the topics on the draft agenda of the Ministerial Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in its 165th session. 2. A Memorandum of His Excellency the Minister of Cabinet Affairs regarding the follow -up of the performance of government agencies in the regulations of “records”, “Tawasul” and “buildings” for the period from January to July 2025 compared to the same period during the year 2024, which contributes to achieving higher levels of efficiency and productivity and enhancing the quality of government service provided to citizens and increasing commercial and investment activity in the Kingdom of Bahrain. After that, the Council took a flag through the report raised by His Excellency the Minister of Health on the results of the visit of the regional director of the World Health Organization for the Mediterranean to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
