He arrives in Cairo on August 31, Brazilian coach Paulo Milagrice, to officially take his duties in the leadership of the first women’s volleyball team in Al -Ahly Club, in preparation for the new season.

Al -Ahly club announced earlier to sign Milagrice as part of the plan to support the technical staff of the women’s team, with the aim of competing for all local and continental championships during the next season.
The Brazilian coach is scheduled to start his duties upon his arrival, provided that he leads the first preparation period for the team that starts in early September.
Milagris, also known as “Paulinho”, is not a new face on African volleyball, as he previously trained Rwanda teams for men and women, during which he achieved distinguished results that contributed to developing the game level in the region.
On the club’s level, Milagris has a rich international training march, during which he led a team in Brazil, Poland, Romania, and Peru, and managed to leave a clear imprint, especially in developing the performance of the players tactically and physically.
His most prominent achievement was in March 2025, when the Allianza Lima Al -Birouvi team led the silver medal in the South American Club Championship, and historically qualified with him for the World Club Championship for Women, organized by the International Volleyball Federation.
