His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa congratulated the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, may God protect him, Issa Al -Shayji, President of the Bahraini Journalists Association, on the occasion of his victory at the chairmanship of the association’s board of directors for a new session.
His Highness expressed his wishes for the President of the Bahraini Journalists Association and members of the Board of Directors to continue success and achievement and enhance the role of the Bahraini press in all development sectors within the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, may God protect and preserve him, expressing his appreciation for the good efforts made by the founders and members of the Board of Directors of the former Journalists Association in achieving the goals of the association in a way that contributes to the development of the Kingdom Bahrain.
His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, praised the honorable achievements and successes of the Journalists Association for twenty -five years since its foundation, thanks to the sincere efforts of dedicated generations that include a group of the most prominent press and media cadres who are keen to serve the profession of journalism and push it towards wider horizons of excellence.
His Highness also praised the active role played by the Bahraini press in its prestigious career as a supporter of national efforts and the service of the country and the citizen, and raising societal awareness by publishing targeted messages that support the development and issues of Bahraini society, stressing that His Highness is that the national press is a mirror that highlights civilizational gains and national achievements that continue to be achieved at all levels within the march of national action.
His Highness expressed his pride in the giving and dedication to all journalists in their daily journalistic work, which contributes to the service of society and citizens.
