During its meeting today, Wednesday, headed by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, the Cabinet approved the prices of the supply of wheat crop for the 2025/2026 season.
The prices of the supply of wheat arms for the 2025/2026 season came according to the cleaning degrees as follows: 2250 – 2300 – 2350 pounds, respectively, for cleaning degrees 22.5 – 23 – 23.5.
The Council of Ministers approves the prices of supplying wheat, cane and sugar beets
The Council of Ministers also agreed that the price of sugar cane supply for the 2025/2026 season is 2500 pounds per ton, and that the price of sugar beet supply for the 2025/2026 season is 2000 pounds per ton.
The announcement of these prices comes within the framework of the state’s efforts to deal with the current economic changes and the vision of the political leadership to enhance the aspects of food security, and reduce dependence on import, which requires expansion of the agricultural area, and the cultivation of more strategic crops, while establishing balanced policies that achieve justice for farms and ensure the sustainability of natural resources, in a way that is consistent with the targets of Egypt Vision 2030, and enhances the state’s ability to achieve contentment Self -providing safe food for citizens.
