The lady concluded that the husband of her late brother was known for the kindness of his heart and good care, and that his loss represented a real tragedy for his family and the people of his village, noting that the judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are conducting their investigations to determine the circumstances of the incident and the arrest of the accused.
