The Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation called on citizens wishing to travel to Russia to the need to apply via the website allocated to obtain the electronic visa before traveling, explaining that the visa fees amount to 52 US dollars, and are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance, with a residence not exceeding 16 days, provided that these procedures do not include diplomatic and private passports.
The embassy stressed the importance of the passport being valid for a period of no less than 6 months when leaving Russia, and noting that non -Russian bank cards do not work inside the country, whether for withdrawal or payment. She also explained that the maximum allowed to enter the money is 10 thousand US dollars or 9 thousand euros per person, and if the amount is exceeded, it must be disclosed in customs at Bahrain International Airport before leaving, as well as at Russia Airport upon arrival.
The embassy stressed the need to keep the immigration card that is being delivered at the border, and advised to download the Yandexmap and Yandexo app to facilitate the movement within Russia.
