The Department of Governmental Empowerment in Abu Dhabi stressed that in the world of advanced cooperative intelligence, the authorities must rethink the role of experts and adopt a multidisciplinary cooperative approach, to include cultivating a culture that appreciates specialized knowledge, in addition to the ability to install information through various fields and extract accurate visions of wide data, and to ensure competition and flexibility in the face of rapid global changes, the authorities must also integrate the systems of automatic information analysis and use the creation of cooperative knowledge.
