The Internal Security Forces in Homs Governorate seized a car loaded with Grad missiles, in addition to various shells and ammunition, which was hidden in the eastern Homs countryside, and prepared for smuggling.
The Syrian Ministry of Interior stated through its channel on Telegram that after the seizure of a car loaded with Grad missiles, it was intended for smuggling towards the Lebanese border, and with accurate follow -up and monitoring of the cameras to determine the car’s route and its source, in addition to the use of the information of the people and the combing of the area, large quantities of artillery, mortar and multiple types of ammunition were found, hidden in the eastern Al -Faraqs region, and they were prepared for smuggling.
The ministry indicated that the investigation is currently being investigated to determine those responsible for storing these weapons and the party that was behind an attempt to smuggle them, and take legal measures against them.
