The Directorate of Supply in Dakahlia Governorate launched a surprise campaign on a number of bakeries and markets to control violations and monitor the quality of goods and bread provided to citizens.
Surprising catering campaigns in Dakahlia control 220 violations in one day
The campaigns, under the supervision of Dr. Shaima Al -Hindi, Director General of Internal Trade, included following up the availability of basic commodities in the markets and ensuring their quality, as well as passing on bakeries to ensure adherence to the specified standards, under the follow -up of Professor Mohamed Zaghloul, Director of the Supply Control Department.
The campaign targeted the departments of Minya Al -Nasr, Dikirnis, Talkha, Belqas, Sherbin, Mansoura Center, Al -Manzala, and Al -Mataria, and resulted in the liberation of 220 violations by 189 violations in the bakery sector, which included a low weight, specifications violations, flour manipulation and ration cards, stopped working without permission, lack of cleanliness of dough tools, and an imaginary beating to produce bread.
31 violations were also liberated in the market sector, which included not to announce prices, not to carry health certificates, sell goods without bills or licenses, unknown goods, sell at more than the official price of cigarettes, collect petroleum materials, and use gas cylinders in a non -allocated purpose.
1596 liters of gambling, 35 kg of meat and liver, a salt homeland without bills, 30 kg poultry without a license, and 3 gas cylinders are seized in a non -custom purpose, and take the necessary legal measures against violators.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply in Dakahlia stressed that the sudden campaigns will continue daily without compromising the control of the markets and the baking system, and protecting the rights of citizens, until achieving full discipline.
