A recent study conducted by IWG specializing in flexible work solutions showed that Jil Z’s staff play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence within institutions.

The results indicated that about two -thirds of this generation contributing to training their older colleagues to use artificial intelligence tools, which helped improve efficiency and accelerate the achievement within the work teams.

Top productivity and daily acquired time

According to the study, 78% of employees confirmed that the use of artificial intelligence techniques granted them to average time to 55 minutes a day, equivalent to an additional day of production per week, and this time is invested in more valuable tasks such as creative thinking, learning and development, and building relationships within the work environment.

Artificial intelligence accelerates professional progress

The report revealed that 86% of the employees felt an increase in efficiency thanks to the tools of artificial intelligence, while 76% confirmed that these tools contributed to pushing their career forward, and the percentage increased to 87% among the Jill Z stairs.

Senior managers also indicated that the contribution of younger employees to applying artificial intelligence solutions has opened new opportunities for business and contributed to improving the performance of different departments.

Cooperation between generations enhance the results

The study shows that 59% of young employees help their older colleagues to understand and adopt these digital tools, while 82% of the executives considered that this cooperation enabled them to focus on strategic tasks.

More than 80% indicated that the artificial intelligence initiatives led by Jill Z contributed to creating new trade opportunities.

Flexible work and the future of the business environment

The report also highlighted that the role of artificial intelligence doubles in flexible work systems, as it contributes to facilitating cooperation between the geographically distributed teams, improving meeting outputs and time management.

64% of employees indicated that artificial intelligence makes hybrid work smoother and effective, while 63% expressed their concern that lack of adaptation to these tools may hinder their professional development in the future.

Artificial intelligence changes the priorities of the employees

Employees have become more likely to use artificial intelligence to get rid of routine businesses such as writing emails, summarizing meetings, managing files, and with the automation of these tasks, workers allocate their time to more influential projects, develop their professional skills, and enhance communication within the work environment.
