In the context of its ongoing efforts to enable Bahraini families producing and enhance their contribution to providing the national economy, the Ministry of Social Development opened the “Bahraini Hands Store” for the products of productive families, at the Mubarak Bin Jassim Kano Center, the comprehensive social area of ​​the Sanabis.

The opening of the store comes within the Ministry’s strategy aimed at continuing to provide sustainable marketing outlets that support productive families, and contributes to enhancing the production and marketing process by providing greater opportunities for direct communication with consumers, and continuing to develop project management mechanisms and improve product quality.

On this occasion, Professor Enas Mohamed Al -Majid, Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development at the Ministry of Social Development, confirmed that the opening of the “Bahraini Hands Store” comes within an integrated plan to increase the number of marketing outlets and highlight local creativity, in a way that enhances society’s confidence in the Bahraini product and establishes the values ​​of production and innovation among members of society, pointing out that this store constitutes an additional marketing outlet alongside the capital complex For the Ministry, to open wider horizons for productive families to reach consumers and highlight their products in high quality.

Al -Majid explained that this initiative is in line with the directions of the Kingdom of Bahrain in encouraging community entrepreneurship and consolidating creativity in self -employment, noting the allocation of spaces in the center to display and market the products of productive families.

The Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development said that the Ministry of Social Development pays special attention to the programs of supporting and empowering productive families, in a way that enhances economic and social development through the development of home industries and traditional and heritage products, raising their quality and increasing their competitiveness in local and global markets.
