The Public Works Department in Sharjah organized several activities, as part of its celebration of the International Youth Day, and its keenness to enable young competencies and enhance their role in building a sustainable professional future. The effective department started with the organization of the training and employment department in human resources management, celebrating a specialized training workshop under the title “An ambitious project … a new sustainable start”, in cooperation with the Sharjah Foundation to support leadership projects “Sail”, and the workshop aims to provide young people with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage in entrepreneurship and institutional work.
