The blood vessels team at Al Salam Hospital of the Health Care Authority in Port Said managed to save a young party from amputation, where the patient was suffering from severe severe palaces at the right bottom, with advanced ulcers and the beginning of gangrene at the party, which posed a real danger to his life and the stability of his condition.

The radiology in the doppler revealed the presence of a complete blockage of the main righteous iodine artery, extending to the arteries feeding the feet, and immediately an urgent intervention was made to wire the blockage from the ryusal artery to the peripheral arteries, and restore the blood of the blood to the right side.
The intervention resulted in a marked improvement within only 6 hours, as the swelling disappeared completely, the pain disappeared, and the ulcers began to heal to turn into superficial ulcers, after it was threatened with reaching the bones, which saved the end of the amputation and changed the course of the condition radically.
Participated in the implementation of the medical procedure, Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Sharaf, a consultant vascular consultant, and Dr. Yahya Zakaria, vascular specialist at Al Salam Hospital, with the assistance of the catheter nursing team consisting of: Miss Mona Bahloul, Mister Ahmed Salama, Miss Samar Mohamed, along with Professor Sayed Jamal, a catheter technician, where the work was carried out with high accuracy and efficiency.
This medical success comes in implementation of the directives of Dr. Ahmed Hassan, Director of the Branch of the Health Care Authority in Port Said, who stressed the need to intervene quickly to save critical cases, and to enhance the role of Al Salam Hospital in providing advanced medical services to the people of the province.
