The very short short films festival revealed its second session to be held from 2 to 6 November in the cities of Suez, Jalaja and Ain Al-Sukhna under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hano, Minister of Culture and Major General Tariq Al-Shazly, Governor of Suez.
Dr. Osama Abonar, head of the festival, said: The festival is one of the fruits of celebrating the 52nd National Day of the valiant Suez Governorate, and the festival seeks through the poster of the second session to preserve its visual identity, which was praised by the guests and stars of the first session of the festival and through which he tries to make cinematic figures entrenched for a real industry for very short films.

Pointing out that the festival session this year will be celebrated with many cinematic shows, workshops, seminars and master classes for senior cinematographers from Egypt and the countries of the world, and the activities and activities of the festival will extend to include the entire cities of Suez Governorate throughout the year.
For his part, the journalist Ziyad Bassem explained that the festival will allocate some of these events from filmmaking workshops and performances for festival competition films for students of Suez and Jalala universities with the aim of spreading a culture of making and watching very short films among young university students.
He stated that the festival includes a film competition that does not exceed 5 minutes and another for films that do not exceed 10 minutes and that a jury will be chaired by a large Arab cinematic figure, where he said: The festival started its activities early through the article competition or critical study for the very short films that we launched in cooperation with the Academy of Arts recently and its prizes will be distributed in a huge celebration held on October 14 in the Thrwat Akhara hall at the headquarters at the headquarters The academy in the pyramid.
