The Court of Cassation in Abu Dhabi ruled that it was not permissible to seek a fake investment case that had previously refused to appeal the appeal ruling in it, and supported the decision to compel a person to lead to the last 423 thousand dirhams of which 50 thousand compensation. It was stated in the merits of the case, that a person filed a lawsuit against another person, in which he requested the ruling to obligate him to lead him to 373 thousand dirhams, in addition to compensation for 190 thousand, after he deluded him to employ his money and investment, and he was penalized for this incident by a ruling, and the court decided to compel the accused to pay the owner of the case an amount of 373 thousand dirhams, and to compensate 50 thousand.
