Today, Wednesday, the Bahrain Institute for Political Development concluded the activities of the second group of the “National Paths” program for the heads of department heads, which targets the employees of the public and private sectors at various levels, within the framework of the institute’s efforts to promote national participation, develop human cadres and raise their national awareness level.
The events continued over three consecutive days, and included a series of training workshops that dealt with pivotal topics in the fields of national work, development projects and legal skills, in a way that combines the theoretical aspect and practical application.
The program started with a workshop entitled “Paths of National Action” presented by Mrs. Amira Mohamed Sharif, Director of Preparation and Follow -up at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, during which she dealt with the definition of national work, its goals and basic foundations, the role of Bahrain’s economic vision 2030 and the government program in achieving sustainable development, in addition to the importance of harmonizing the national action with the executive plans of the employee to ensure the achievement of integration.
Mr. Khaled Al -Marzouki, Advisor to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, also presented a workshop entitled “National Projects and their Impact on Society”, during which he stressed the pivotal role of government projects in supporting national development, and enhancing societal awareness of its importance and positive impact in consolidating the values of loyalty and national affiliation.
While Professor Salman Al Mahmoud, the adviser to the Legislative and Legal Opinion Authority, presented a specialized workshop entitled “Skills of Interpretation of Legal Texts”, in which he reviewed the foundations and types of legal interpretation and practical skills necessary to analyze texts, rulings, judicial decisions and their real applications.
The organization of the “National Paths” program comes within the framework of the Bahrain Institute for Political Development to develop national capabilities and refine the skills of employees, in confirmation of the Royal Royal Vision in achieving comprehensive development, and its repercussions on developing institutional and national work.
