The government’s draft resolution on industrial lands, recently issued by the conditions and controls for disposal, whether the sales system or the usufruct is allocated.
Conditions for disposing of industrial lands by government decision
The draft resolution approved by the Council of Ministers stipulated that it is prohibited from the assigned to conduct any disposal of ownership or relinquishing the right to use on industrial lands except after the following:
– Pay the full price of the land or any amounts due.
Extracting the operating license and industrial record.
Actual startup for at least three years.
– Obtaining the approval of the Public Authority for Industrial Development.
It is also prohibited for the land to be the land to change its activity except after extracting the operating license and the industrial registry and the start of the actual operation for a period of not less than a year, and obtaining the approval of the General Authority for Industrial Development.
As for the industrial developer system, the disposal of industrial lands with this system is in accordance with the procedures and controls of the Public Authority for Industrial Development Law and its executive regulations, and according to the model of the industrial developer contract at the General Authority for Industrial Development, with the determination of the land value of the land and the amounts due.
