Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu -who is required to the International Criminal Court on charges of committing war crimes -reiterated his denial of genocide and famine in the Gaza Strip, accusing the global media of lying and publishing fake pictures, and denied his endeavor to occupy the Gaza Strip, after a wave of Arab and international convictions.
This came in a press conference held by Netanyahu, today, Sunday, to “refute lies against Israel,” he said, as it is responsible for the responsibility for killing and starvation, and Hamas accused the looting of aid and accused the United Nations of refusing to distribute aid that entered through the Karam Abu Salem crossing.
With the spread of famine and children who die among the arms of their mothers in the global media, Netanyahu said that “the global media transmits the lies that Hamas publishes,” and a group of these pictures and above presented the word “fake”.
“I am thinking of filing a lawsuit against the New York Times for publishing fake pictures of Gaza,” he added.
Regarding the new Israeli plan approved by the mini -cabinet (cabinet) last Friday to gradually occupy the Gaza Strip, Netanyahu said he could not give a timetable or accurate details about the upcoming operations, but he prefers “a fast time extent quickly.”
He explained that Israel is seeking to “complete the mission” after Hamas refused to lay down arms, and that the goal is to “establish a non -Israeli civil administration in Gaza that is not led by Hamas or the Palestinian Authority.”
Netanyahu said that Hamas left only two strongholds in the Gaza Strip, namely Gaza City and the Central Region City, and said that the Israeli army will seek to eliminate them, despite the continued Palestinian resistance operations throughout the sector.
“If we are able to succeed in the war by defeating Hamas, there are candidates to replace them, and it will be a transitional authority.”
