Sheikha Lamia bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, President of the Al -Nour Association for Ra’id, Chairman of the Standing Committee for the Organization of the Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, announced the start of the sixth session of the award next October. She pointed out that this award, which started six years ago, under the generous patronage of the honorary president of the Al -Nour Association for Alor, Her Highness Sheikha Lulwa Bint Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, received every care and attention because of its great impact on the hearts of the people of Bahrain with the anniversary of the departure of the father of all and future generations.
Sheikha Lamia said that the award, for which the Qur’anic Personality award emerged from her branches, has attracted the sons and daughters of Bahrain and children under the age of ten years, and the number of competitors exceeded one thousand competitors in one session between males and females where ten winners are chosen from each branch, and valuable cash prizes were allocated to each winner, the largest of which is the first, second and third winners from each branch.
Sheikha Lamia revealed that the organizing committee is in the process of preparing and coordinating with all parties to start the start of the sixth session of the reception and registration of the contestants, and the appointment of members of the working committees from the organizers and arbitrators according to the competition branches and conditions. She expressed her wishes to the participants in the competition for winning, success and progress for the best in the sciences of the Holy Quran in a way that benefits the homeland as a whole, and during the next few days the registration system in this competition will be announced according to the work plan approved by the organizing committee of the award.
It should be noted that the Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Award was held in its first session in 2021 at a generous initiative from Her Highness Sheikha Lulwa Bint Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and organized by Al -Nour Association for Al Ra, and since the start of the first session, the competition has received a distinctive turnout, and the competition contributed to encouraging competition from young people to adults of both sexes. The prize’s organizers seek to continue its activities in order to commemorate the father of all His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa – may God Almighty have mercy on him – and the achievements he achieved at the level of the country.
