The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation has achieved an unprecedented global achievement by obtaining a certificate of the best work environment for the Great Place to Work, to become the first housing institution in the world to obtain this distinguished honor. This achievement came after the Foundation achieved an exceptional result of 99 % in a questionnaire for the best work environment and for the second year in a row, in an achievement that reflects high confidence and great satisfaction by its employees towards the work environment provided by the Foundation.
