Dr. Gouda Ghanem, head of the education sector at the Ministry of Higher Education, said that the judicial seizure committee continues to pursue fake entities in various parts of the Republic in cooperation with the Administrative Control Authority and all the relevant state agencies; To ensure that parents and students who fall prey to these fake entities are not used.
He explained that the Judicial Control Committee will expand its work circle during the coming period, based on the reports received from it by the Administrative Control Authority and all the relevant state agencies and the media monitoring committee in the General Administration of the Media Office and the official spokesperson of the Ministry, to continue to prosecute these entities.
He pointed out that the education sector attaches great importance; To follow up and monitor any fake entities that practice educational activities without a license, explaining that there is continuous cooperation with the relevant authorities to control these facilities, and to take the necessary legal measures against them, in the context of maintaining the quality of education and ensuring that students obtain certified certificates.

He added that the ministry receives communications on any fake entities, and works to verify them immediately, and the judicial seizure teams are sudden visits to monitor any violations, stressing that the ministry will not tolerate any fake entity that harms the interests of students, and will continue its efforts to ensure the provision of a sound educational environment.
