Representative Jalal Kazem revealed that he made a proposal with a desire to establish a fixed and special support program for employing people with concerns in the public and private sectors.
And Kazem indicated in the explanatory note that it is a start of the human and parental approach to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the great country, may God protect and preserve him, who has given the category of people with special care and permanent keenness to empower them and integrate them into society in a way that guarantees them a decent life, and in line with the vision of Bahrain 2030 that is based on the principle of social justice and equal opportunities, this proposal comes Because of the private sector’s dependence on productivity and the reluctance of some to employ the category of people with determination, and with the aim of enhancing the role of this segment in social development and integrating them into the labor market and empowering them economically, socially and psychologically, by taking advantage of support programs for empowerment for owners of concerns looking for work in cooperation with the following bodies (Ministry of Labor, Empowerment Fund, Civil Service, and the Ministry of Social Development), and this comes by giving them steady support when joining the market Work and benefit from the employment support program from the “Tamkeen” work fund as follows:
1) 100% support for the salary for a period of two years.
2) After the two years have passed, the support is constantly installed by 75% and continuously even if the employer is changed.
In addition to providing training and qualification programs in proportion to their capabilities and the needs of the labor market, to ensure their continued work in a work environment commensurate with their capabilities, which makes them feel equal and self -confident, as well as reduce their feeling of difference from others, and the concerned minister may issue the necessary decisions to determine the categories owed by people with determination in accordance with the type of disability, to ensure that support is directed to the actual groups.
Kazem stated that the proposal aims to encourage the public and private sectors to employ people of determination, and to achieve the principle of justice and equal opportunities, to integrate them into society and empower them economically, socially and psychologically.
