The Islamic Affairs Department in Sharjah concluded its summer programs that came this year under the slogan “Our summer of knowledge and religion”, after a series of educational courses and activities that targeted children, young people, youth and girls, through which it sought to invest the summer vacation in instilling Islamic values, establishing identity and building a balanced personality. The second edition of the program “Hearts hanging in mosques”, which was held during the period from 4 to 22 August in 45 mosques at the emirate level, was the peak of the educational programs of the department, where it received a wide demand from young people and families, and contributed to enhancing the association of children with mosques through integrated educational lessons, which included memorizing a wall of the Holy Quran
