The Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Work in Dubai launched its unique project, “The Scientific Free Council”, the pioneering pioneering educational program in Sharia sciences, in a modern and flexible manner that meets the needs of society, and enhances the lofty Islamic values in various stages. This program was designed effectively and innovation, to keep pace with contemporary educational requirements, while providing flexible educational paths that allow students to choose the appropriate learning method, by direct attendance, distance, or self -learning through a smart educational platform, under the supervision of a group of academics and specialists.
