Sharjah: “The Gulf”, the Human Resources Department in Sharjah, in cooperation and coordination with the General Secretariat of the Executive Council in Sharjah, started the implementation of an introductory workshop for the Sharjah Program to improve the customer’s experience, which was launched by the Executive Council in November last year, with the aim of upgrading the experience of customers and enhancing their satisfaction, and raising the quality and efficiency of government services, in a manner that ensures an integrated experience that meets the needs of customers and achieves their aspirations.
